After 5 years of being on auto pay my bill all the sudden went up $100 and when calling in to discuss it the owner herself called me back to let me know it wasn’t the agency it was my fault and then proceeded to tell me my rate was my rate. Very rude and extremely poor customer service.

I don't know how they expect a 17 year old to pay 350 dollars just because they messed up the plan and didn't charge me for four months. It's on them not on me.
