"The well pump at our property was damaged by lightening. Mae was truly a pleasure to work with. Rather than just giving us a link for our claim and sending us on our way to muddle through, she create our claim file for us and uploaded all our files for us. She gave us thorough instructions for everything we would need to submit and what to expect later. Excellent customer service! Our claim was handled very quickly because of her. Thank you Mae!

For some reason, some of our files wouldn't upload properly to our claim. Brianne stepped in and saved the day! She is a technical wizard converting file types and upload methods to ensure our claim was updated with all our information. She stuck with it and went the extra mile (or 10) for us. We couldn't have done it without her! Thank you Brianne! You're wonderful!"

"I just want to start by saying that I could not be more grateful for the insurance company I have. Filing my very first claim was honestly terrifying — I had no idea what I was doing or what anything meant. From the very first steps in Cole’s office, though, I immediately felt at ease.

Cole helped me through the entire process, including coordinating with the body shop and Enterprise. There were definitely some issues along the way with both places, but every single time something came up, Cole was immediately on it. He always figured out the problem, fixed it, and made sure I understood what was happening.

I called him many times just to ask questions, and he was always incredibly patient and kind. Not only did he answer my questions, but he explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me, which meant so much as someone going through this for the first time.

Even with multiple issues between the body shop, Enterprise, and insurance, Cole consistently handled everything quickly and kept me informed. I’m beyond grateful for the support I received and so thankful to have an insurance company that truly cares about their customers. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Ashley Healy at State Farm in Mountain Home was amazing. I was very stressed living in a hotel a thousand miles from home while I purchased our new house. Ashley was very patient and kind answering all of my questions for home owners insurance on the new house. In addition, she was very thorough during the process of transitioning our other State Farm policies from Michigan to Arkansas. Just like our Michigan State Farm rep Ashley is professional and yet easy to talk to. She does push but will make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision on your policies. I highly recommend her!

"After watching my previous insurance company raise my rates with every renewal and considering there are zero tickets/ zero accidents in our household I decided it was time to make a change. Which ultimately led me to Ashley Haven’s State Farm and more specifically, Hannah.

I was upfront about why I was calling and Hannah was just as upfront in return. She answered every question clearly and didn’t dodge anything. She also went beyond just giving answers and shared extra insight that was actually useful. Not sales but just helpful.

What I appreciated most? No constant calls or texts after the quote. I took my time deciding and she respected that while still staying professional and available. When I was ready to switch the whole process was smooth and painless.

"My renewal policy was about to start! It was increasing, so I had a neighbor suggestedState Farm! So I called and they are going to save me about $113.00 for 6 months! That is awesome! "After 5 years of being on auto pay my bill all the sudden went up $100 and when calling in to discuss it the owner herself called me back to let me know it wasn’t the agency it was my fault and then proceeded to tell me my rate was my rate. Very rude and extremely poor customer service."

"A big shout out to Bryan. He called me to ask some questions and update some info, and am I glad he did!
